These are photos of a rose I took at home. I used a black background and an artificial light.
The aperture was open wide, so the depth of field is very shallow. I love the way the rose is dying on the outside, but still perfect on the inside, it shows how pure it really is.
Although I have edited these photos in post production, all I changed was the brightness and I slightly burnt in around the edges, but the edited photos look very similar to the originals.
